I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto alternate layers of Silver Mirri card and Light Grey Shimmer paper and then attached to an 8x8 Card Blank.

The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the Decoupage added with foam pads. To finish I used the Matching Insert inside and added Embellishments.
