With my Cameo cutting machine I cut wavy lines with holes in on my cream card blank to match the background on the design, mounted topper onto card blank slotting the corner through the cuts, decoupaged the layers with foam pads, added red gems to the larger holes and diamonds to the instruments, to complete this really flash design I added the matching insert available separately.
