I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was alternately matted onto Silver Mirri and Blue card with d/s tape and added to a White 8x8 card base.

The Second Topper layer was added with foam tape and the decoupage added with foam pads.

To finish the Matching insert was used inside.
