I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto alternate layers of Silver Mirri and Blue card with d/s tape then attached to a White 8x8 card base.

The Second Topper layer was added with foam tape and the decoupage with foam pads.

After matting the small Topper and a Greeting Tag onto Silver Mirri card, they were then added to my card.
