I used a 5" × 7" Dovecraft silver metallic card which I cut to size. Attached 4mm silver pearls on the border and a 6mm royal blue iridescent pearl on the headband. Added extra 3D squares under the Happy Birthday banners to create a raised effect. Attached the matching insert inside with d/s tape.

Created the matching envelope with d/s tape and Collall tacky glue.
