Following the concise printed instructions, I cut out the panels and attached the backing sheet with d/s tape and Collall tacky glue. Scored the fold lines and then added the decoupage. Added extra 3D squares under the "Happy Birthday" text to create a stopper. Attached the writing panel on the back of the card with ds tape and tacky glue.

Glued 6mm yellow iridescent pearls on the flowers. Added 4mm yellow/gold pearls on the small flowers. Attached 3mm gold pearls on the inner border.
