8x8 Birthday bubbles mini kit

I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out and glued the main design on to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card. I attached the Decoupage and Sentiment on using Sticky pads. I Punched out matching Pink Hearts and added to the card.
A quick and easy Stunning, Amazing, Fun, Loving and Brilliant design that as always put a big smile on my lips!
