A beautiful image
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads I
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added my choice of sentiment to finish

After printing out onto 240 gram card i mounted on a 8 by 8 scalloped card , i then added decoupage using sticky pads.
