Birthday Card for a Special Friend. I printed onto printable decoupage paper. I cut out all the elements building up the layers using foam pads. I used cream linen card layered with vibrant floral paper. I used various tags from the kit along with peel offs & dies for sentiments.

I added little gems to the flowers & I added butterflies I had. I embellished with a pink triple bow finishing with a pearl. I finished with the matching insert. Cup 1114573_1209. Designer Carol Smith.
