A beautiful design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layer's using foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment

Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, insert, decoupage and gift tags. Placed topper and insert onto an 8 x 8 scalloped card with 3 in 1 glue. Added decoupage.
