The design was printed on quality cardstock and the decoupage was done with foam pads. The card front was adhered, with double sided tape, to a white card. A pale green pearl and pink feather were used to embellish her chic bonnet.
The gift insert was adhered to a pink matte and then to a white card. This design is tooooo cute for words!
