I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out all pieces. I matted the base layer onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and added to an 8x8 White card base.

The decoupage was then added with foam tape and foam pads and the Greeting Tag was matted onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and then added to my card with foam tape.

To finish I added a Silver Ribbon/Bow down the spine, Blue and Clear Gems, Silver Corner Peel Offs, Glitter and used the Matching insert inside.

This is such a pretty design for anyone who loves Art Deco.
