A great design
i printed the image on matt photo paper and cut out the elements
i mounted the topper to my card base with double dided tape and added the layers using 3d foam pads
i finished with my choice of sentiment and a few pearl embellishments to finish

I printed this on good quality double sided matte photo paper. I used lemon coloured card topped with hot pink coloured card as the background, adhered with double sided tape. For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares and 1mm for the layers.
Finished off with black trim and stickles glitter.
