Printed matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper insert and elements. Attached topper and insert with DST onto a 7 x 7 scalloped card. Added elements with foam pads. Added cartouche with foam pads.

Put glitter glue on the stars on the outer edges of the card and on the cartouche and swan. Added some gemstones to the twinkles in the water and some silver stones to the eyes and on the flower centres.
