I mounted onto an outer stepper card and punched the sides with a rose design border punch. This matched the bottom of the curtains. I decoupaged with sticky pads and added all the butterflies.

I added the birthday sentiment and added the insert in 2 half's inside my stepper card at slightly reduced size so they would fit.

This looks so effective when mounted onto a stepper card
