Chick, Sleek, and Glamorous Completed by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares. I finished off the card with the "Just For You" tag.

This design is simply stunning and I can imagine it would be well received as an 18th or 21st birthday card.
