Printed on matte photo paper and cut out card front and decoupage. Mounted main card front on card stock blank and added decoupage with foam tape. Used double thickness foam tape on main decoupage piece and single on remainder.

Added "Sisters" sentiment panel and made insert to read "...give the best hugs!". Because, well, they do and this card was perfect for showing that feeling!
