Printed onto glossy photo paper, I cut out and attached the decoupage using foam pads. I used to different colours of card, punched the edge of the yellow card and then attached onto a card blank. I attached the topper tslightly to oneside, edged with gold peeloffs and then attached lots of blue gems to finished.
