This is such a pretty card design. I placed mine onto a dark pink card. Layered using double sided foam. And, finished with some crystal glitter.

As this was a personalised card order I moved the Happy Birthday sentiments panel to the top and used the blank sentiments panel at the bottom of the card so I could add her name.
