Envelope Card Mini Kit - TulipsCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

Printed on matte photo paper. I used a glue stick to attach the insert to the inside of the card, then rough cut the notelet and used spray adhesive to back it with the coordinating backing paper (cup396755_958), let it dry, then cut it out.

I added the sentiment and the tulip decoupage with silicone gel (after finger-shaping the tulips) to the inside of the card, a little bow to the outside of the "envelope", and a tiny 3D butterfly to the notelet.
