I printed 2 copies of 2 of the designs onto 200gsm card and cut out the centre square from 1 copy of each to create a second layer.

I used DST to attach the base images to my card blanks - one a scallop-edged blank and one a pink spotted blank - and used foam pads to add the upper layers I had created from the second copies.
