I printed onto matte photo paper and attached base image and insert panel to a 7 inch deckle edged card with dst.

I cut out themini tags and attached one in side facing the insert panel. I layered with 2mm foam.

I used clear wink of stella on the wings,stars and moon for a pretty shine. I added tiny star gems to the background and to my greeting tag, which I added with 2mm foam tape.

A gorgeous design for a girl!
