Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, insert, decoupage and sentiments. Placed topper and insert onto an 8 x 8 scalloped card with double sided tape. Added decoupage and my choice of sentiment with foam pads for 3D effect. Finished off with some gemstones.
