FRONT OPEN DOOR Kit - Candle & Hydrangea
These are a new and original idea, with a set of gatefold doors on the front of the card which are smaller than the front, allowing a border around the outside. Inside the doors is an appropriate image, and on the front, a shield with an inspirational quote or sentiment. There is a card back included in the kit as well as a matching insert with room for your personal message. They are easy to make and every kit contains a simple, picture tutorial to show you the way. Greetings tiles in the kit are for Daughter, Mother, Sister, Friend, Granddaughter, For You! and blank. The overall size is approx 7x7 inches.
This birthday design is festooned with scrumptious hydrangea flowers, in rich blues, pinks and purples. Inside the doors is a candle with a flower bloom. The verse on the front reads 'Wishing you a day filled with happiness and a year filled with joy. Happy Birthday!'.

I printed the back of the card onto 160gsm card and the rest onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces.
I scored and folded as required and assembled the card. I then added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads.
A striking card which is very easy to make and will wow any recipient no matter what the occasion.
