Funny Birthday two Completed by Pam Stubley

I printed the insert onto 120gsm paper and the rest onto 200gsm gloss card and cut out. I attached the insert and topper onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads.

A super card for those with a good sense of humour and is very easy to make.
