Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper, insert and elements. Attached topper and insert onto a 7 x 7 scalloped card with DST. Built up elements with foam pads and cartouche with foam pads. Then added a gold outer edge border. Glitter glue to the wings and bracelet.
