* Added extra 3D squares under "Happy Birthday Beautiful Lady" to create raised effect

* Used 3D squares to create Gorgeous- Art Deco decoupage

* Placed 3mm yellow & pale pink pearls on the dress

* Added 3mm blue, & pink crystal gemstones on the panel

* Attached the matching insert and message inside

* Glued the matching envelope with Collall Tacky glue
