I printed the card sheets onto 210gsm card and, after cutting out all the elements, used glue gel to add the decoupage layers.

Next, I printed the insert onto laid paper, trimmed it and fixed in place using a tape roller.

Finally, I printed the envelope sheets onto 160gsm card before cutting, folding and sticking using DST.
