Happy Birthday 2 - Blue
The card finishes at 5x7 inches. If you don't want to decoupage this card, it can simply be printed out, cut, and assembled and it is ready to go in a jiffy.
It includes a matching envelope, decoupage, and a background sheet for the inside.
The dress is attached to the front and opens up to reveal your sentiment, which is "Everyday you sparkle, but today you rule".
It also comes with the saying "Happy Birthday". There will be more color variations of the same card so you'll be able to pick the color you desire.

Printed on matt photo paper, used rear of card and strip from envelope to cover scalloped card. I then added the front of the card the sentiment panel and made up following the clear instructions. This is a gorgeous design in beautiful colours that is very easy to make.
