Scored the folds before cutting out the design. Attached the backing sheet with d/s tape and Collall tacky glue. Used 3D squares to create the decoupage. Glued 6mm gold pearls on the opposite corners. Added 4mm red pearls on the panel.
Created the matching envelope with d/s tape and tacky glue.
