I printed onto Crafty Bobs photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and attached to a White 8x8 Scallop Card Blank.

The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the Decoupage added with foam pads.

To finish I added a Greeting Tag, Gems and the Matching insert inside.
