Mounted the main sheet onto white 8 x 8" card and cut round the shape with the fold at the top, decoupaged with foam pads, added the insert and the back plate, the smaller insert I made into a gift tag, added gems and sparkle to the lilies, a co-ordinating bow and 'floating' musical note on acetate, so quick and easy and do effective!
