Mini Kit: Art Deco Lady Red and Black 7 x 7

I printed the design onto matte photo paper cut out and adhered base image onto an 8x8 inch blank card.

All of the decoupage was assembled with 1mm foam pads and I adhered the sentiment with same.

To complete the card I used large black gems to four corners, small red gems to the hat and dress and applied Clear Wink of Stella to the hat and the dress.

The insert was attached inside with a runner tape. A lovely design.
