A beautiful image
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added my choice of sentiment to finish

Printed onto matte photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, insert elements and bookmark. Put a pink heart backing card on a 8 x 8 scalloped card and secured backing card, topper and insert with double sided tape.
Added elements with foam pads and then finished off with some gemstones and stars. I also laminated the bookmark.
