I printed this onto heavier card and then cut out all the parts. I folded the card where indicated and then attached the decoupage parts with 3D sticky fixers. With the butterfly on the flower I only attached one half to leave the other wing free to bend up.

The butterfly on the heart was only attached at the body letting both wings bend up. I put a small pink gem in the middle of the heart.
