I printed the design on quality cardstock, used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape to adhere the card front to a blank, white, card.
Blue crochet cotton was used for the strings of the balloon.
Such a charming little character to deliver birthday greetings to the lucky girl or boy.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to gingham covered card and layered all elements. Added card candi, a ribbon knot and my chosen sentiment. A very cute design.
