I printed on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I mounted the layer's using foam pads
And finished with my choice of sentiment

I printed onto Crafty Bobs photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto Silver Mirri, Two Shades of Pink card with d/s tape and attached to a 8x8 Card Blank.
The Decoupage was added with foam tape and pads.
To finish I added Pearls, a Greeting Tag and the Matching Insert inside.
