3 page smart phone topper, decoupage and matching backing paper. You have the choice of two, Get Well Soon and OMG! You're How Old. I have added a back to the phone if you want to make it into a cut and fold card.
Simply print off the main sheet twice to make both cards.

I re-made this to fit my card blank which was made using Martha Stewart punches to create a pop-out card, the left back section has a smaller face and the wording OMG! the right back section has the wording YOU'RE HOW OLD!
I have decoupaged the faces so that you are looking into the mouth, added glossy accents to eyes, tongue and added some tear drops.added gems and a teddy bear charm, a great design for todays teenager.
I printed out onto 250 gram card ,cut out then joined at top using strong DST ,attached accordion base and decoupaged with sticky pads.
