A lovely image.
I printed the image on matte photo paper and mounted the elements using foam pads
I added a lace border and a few pearl embellishments to finish

I printed the sheets onto A5 size matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted the main image onto a 13.5cm.sq. card.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with lots of pearls.
The card has the Happy Birthday caption but you could also have Special Friend / Sister. Dear Mother or Warmest Wishes. Choose 1 or 2. Just let me know.
