Glued a piece of pink backing paper to a 7x7 card blank, (roller tape adhesive). then leaving a pink 5mm border I glued a piece of white pearlised paper to the pink.

Leaving a 4mm border of the pearlised paper I glued the main card front and attached the decoupage pieces using 2mm thick adhesive foam pads.
