Scored the fold lines before cutting out the panels. Used redline d/s tape and Collall tacky glue to create the design. Glued 3mm silver and blue/purple pearls on the hot air balloon. Added extra 3D squares under the heart balloon.
Created the matching envelope with d/s tape and Collall tacky glue.
