Silk Kimono - The Dawn of Day
This kit has 6 sheets, designs for use with an 8x8 card blank to create either a shaped front card or a square card.Included are: Shaped Front, Square Background, Square Insert, Lots of Decoupage and a small selection of sentiment panels for optional use. As shown on the preview picture, these are not embedded in the design.
The design features a sky blue and gold Kimono topped with subtle butterflies and blue tonal florals.The optional background is a fantastic waterfall scene. A great design for a variety of occasions for female recipients.

With this design I printed all the pages onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I turned my 8x8 card to use it as portrait, I placed the backing paper inside and the main design onto the front of my card, I then cut around the front element, so the front of my card is the same shape as the design, I then made up the front of my card using 3mm sticky pads, when the card is closed you get the effect of the backing paper in the background, its a beautiful design which is stunning once done and very effective
