Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper to a white scalloped edge card, and did the same to stick the Insert inside card.
Used foam pads to build the Decoupage.
I used crystal glitter on the Butterflies and gems on different aspects of the card. This is a great design, reminds me of cards I used to get when I was little.
