Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper and elements. Using a 7 x 7 scalloped card I secured the topper and insert using DST. Then I put on the decoupage and cartouche using foam pads. I then put gemstones around the scalloped edges and glitter glue around the decor. Also put gold glitter glue on the inner flower stamens.
