happy birthday tag also provided for the placement of your choice. The kit contains decoupage sheet, matching sticky note cover, bookmark and tag the bookmark has the words My memory is fine this bookmark will help me find my place. So a nice kind of stationary set for a ladies birthday.

With this kit I first printed it out onto white car and the main stella front onto photo paper, I first made up the card by placing the design base onto the front of a pink C5 card, I then added the elements using 2mm sticky pads, I then made up the sticky note pad, by scoring the lines and folding, the bookmark is ready to be laminated, this is a wonderful design with Stella, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
 and the gift tag. You get a lot with this kit and they are ideal for ladies of a certain age and who have a sense of humour. Everything to help the tiring brain.){kind=link}
I printed the sheets from this kit onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main card image directly onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads, and stardust stickles to the gems.
I then assembled the memo book, the bookmark (using white satin ribbon) and the gift tag. You get a lot with this kit and they are ideal for ladies of a certain age and who have a sense of humour.
