I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I joined the back and front of the stand using strong double sided tape.
I attached the stand to the back of the card using strong double sided tape. The card stands easily on its own.

I printed the sheets onto 250gsm. matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and made the card up following the instructions.
I added the layers using sticky pads. This pretty card can also have a Best Wishes caption instead of Happy Birthday. Just let me know.
