A great design x
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added a ribbon strip and my choice of sentiment to finish

This is such a fresh looking card, and it can be made as a male or female. I chose female i designed my own background paper for this card i wanted it to look like paint splatters.
I then twisted a piece of toning card then layered up the decoupage using sticky pads.
