Wow. This makes a truly stunning card. I printed the design onto a gloss photo paper before cutting out the individual elements. I used my Cricut cutting machine to do this but it could be easily done by hand.

I stuck the base design onto a white prefolded card using double sided tape. I then layered the elements using self adhesive foam pads. This is such an easy design to work with and the results are amazing.
