I printed the sheets on to 160gsm card, cut out the topper, decoupage and a sentiment tag. I attached the topper directly on to an 8x8 inch card blank using DST. I added the decoupage and a sentiment using 1mm foam pads and finished with a few sparkly gems.

Absolutely stunning design, which was easy to make and didn't feel needs any extras! Gorgeous matching insert goes with this card.
