Printed the design on matte photo paper to fit a 7 " scalloped card. Added a digital name to the base image and attached the insert facing a mini version of the main picture, with double sided tape .
Layered with 2 mm foam, added a Happy Birthday tag, and embellished the flowers with glitter glue, then attached blue adhesive gems to the frame . There are several different centre panel designs to choose from.
